The Transitions Group of Companies

The business started in 1985 with the founding of Furniture Options, a furniture rental company providing complete furniture packages for people in transition. The company entered the temporary housing industry in the fall of 1990 by founding Suite Options Corporate Housing.

In 2004, Suite Options became the largest ExecuStay franchise operating under the name ExecuStay Midwest and providing various custom corporate housing solutions to enhance and preserve client resources and goals.

In March of 2023, Transitions Group embarked on a huge change by rebranding Execustay under the name Viciniti! As an employee-owned company, we decided to have a brand name that we own. Something we can continue to grow for another 30+ years: a more connected brand that is forward-thinking for a digital nomad generation.

Transitions Group is an industry leader providing great opportunities for the personal & professional growth of its Team Members, including an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) that provides employees with an ownership interest in the company. The Transitions Group of companies continually demonstrates exceptional commitment and service to its customers, employee-owners, business partners, and community.

Viciniti Corporate Housing

Over 30 years ago, we entered the corporate housing industry as Suite Options. We've forged many strategic partnerships through the years, first with Marriott International as a Marriott ExecuStay franchisee. Then with Oakwood Worldwide as a franchise partner under the Oakwood and ExecuStay name. Most recently, we have been licensing the ExecuStay name from Dwellworks Living.

As an employee-owned company, we decided to have a brand name that we own. Something we can continue to grow for another 30+ years: a more connected brand that is forward-thinking for a digital nomad generation.

The name may change, but Viciniti is the same company you’ve known for 30+ years, providing corporate housing solutions and 250,000+ reservations to over 1/2 million people.
